NEET Counselling 2024: Hello friends, the result of NEET 2024 exam has been released. So far the result has been released three times. Since then all of you students are waiting for the counseling process to be started soon. So for your information, let me tell you that the counseling process can start next week. However, on Monday, there is also going to be a hearing related to NEET exam in the Supreme Court. Therefore, you people have to wait till July 22.

Let us tell you that NEET Exam 2024 was organized by the National Testing Agency for which 24 lakh students applied. Out of which 23 lakh students took the exam and the number of students who passed is more than 13 lakh. That is, the counseling process will be started for 13 lakh students. All the students are currently waiting for the counseling date. So the counselling process for all of you will be conducted by the Medical Council Committee and the counselling schedule can be released any time.

NEET Counselling 2024

The NEET exam was conducted by the National Testing Agency on May 5, 2024. This exam was conducted all over India as well as abroad. The application process for the NET exam was filled from 9 February to 9 March 2024. But from the day the exam was conducted, the NEET exam has been a topic of much discussion. The matter of paper leak came to light first, after that the matter of tampering with the result came to light, which is also under CBI investigation. And more than 40 petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court.

Therefore, the hearing in the Supreme Court is going on for a long time. Right now the matter is in the Supreme Court, till the final decision of the Supreme Court comes, the process of counseling will not be started. Now it seems that the decision of the Supreme Court which is going to come on 22 July. That can be the final decision and after that the process of counseling can start from 24 July 2024. However, no official announcement has been made about this yet.

NEET Cut Off 2024

200 questions are asked in the NEET exam, out of which 180 questions have to be answered. One question is of four marks i.e. 180 questions will be of 720 marks. Now the students who get the maximum marks out of 720 can get admission in a good college. If you want to do NEET counseling from All India quota, then about 600 plus marks may be required.

If the students who are reserved will need more than 500 marks, only then you can get admission from All India quota. If you want to do counseling from state quota, then you do not need much marks for that. Even if you have more than 400 marks, you can still get admission from state quota. But the cut off of every state or every big college is released separately.

In how many rounds will NEET counseling take place

NEET exam is organized by National Testing Agency. But the counselling process is organised by MCC and the counselling schedule will be released soon. For your information, let me tell you that counselling will be held in four rounds and admission will be done on all seats. It is very important to have good marks to get admission in a good college. If you want to get admission in MBBS, then you can get admission in MBBS only if you have 500 plus marks.
